Today marks World Heart Day together and the 2nd Foundation Day of the Heart Center, JDWNRH.

In just two and half years, the Heart Center has saved over 920 lives through advanced cardiac procedures ~ with patients as young as 25 years old. This is a powerful reminder that heart disease is not just an illness of old age, but a growing challenge among the young.

This year’s theme, “Don’t Miss The Beat”, calls on us to act:

✔️ Act in time ~ Don’t delay care.
✔️ Live smart ~ Maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Every heartbeat matters. Together, let’s protect our hearts and build a healthier, stronger Bhutan.
