The Ministry of Health is pleased to welcome Mr. Karma Tshering, who joins us as Chief of Policy and Planning Division (PPD). He previously served as Chief, PPD at the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock (MoAL), bringing with him a wealth of experience and leadership in planning and policy development.

We also warmly welcome Mr. Gungsang Wangdi, who joins as Deputy Chief Planning Officer. Prior to joining the Ministry of Health, he served as Deputy Chief Planning Officer at the National Land Commission Secretariat, contributing strong expertise in planning and coordination.
