The Ministry of Health (MoH) is pleased to announce the availability of One (1) slot for Master’s program under the JICA Knowledge and Co-Creation Program Funding for 2025 intake as detailed below:

Interested candidates under Ministry of Health and NMS who meet the eligibility criteria as per Section 7.7.4 of BCSR 2023 may submit their applications to the HRD, MoH within 13th March 2025 using the link: https://forms.gle/vCFP31KgAFHi9VPHA with the following documents:
- Copy of updated ZEST generated CV;
- LTT Study Leave Application Form 7/B available on RCSC website
- Degree Certificate and Mark sheet;
- Class XII Certificate and Mark Sheet;
- PE Rating for the past two years;
- No Objection Certificate for applicants from NMS;
- Valid online approved Security Clearance Certificate;
- Valid online approved Audit Clearance Certificate; and
- A copy of a valid Bhutanese Citizenship Identity Card.
The Ministry will select the eligible and relevant candidate and submit nominations to RCSC for onward submission to the JICA Bhutan office for final selection.
Please note that the JICA Bhutan office will guide the candidates through the entire selection process and the final selection will depend on university admission. Further, the selected candidate may have to submit additional documents as per the requirements of University which will be directly communicated to the selected candidate.
