The Health Service Quality Assurance Division, under the Department of Health Services, provided an update on the current status of healthcare quality and safety nationwide. Throughout the day, clinical heads presented their achievements and the challenges faced in maintaining quality and safety within their respective fields. This day-long session of presentations and discussions is aimed at identifying key challenges in delivering safe, high-quality healthcare and finding effective solutions.
