DESCRIPTION:With an MSc in Nutrition and Dietetics from Mahidol University\
 , Thailand\, he brings a wealth of expertise and experience in nutrition a
 nd public health.\n\nHis professional journey began as a Dietitian at Jigm
 e Dorji Wangchuck National Referral Hospital (JDWNRH)\, followed by his ro
 le as National Nutrition Programme Officer at the Department of Public Hea
 lth\, and subsequently as Chief of the Non-Communicable Disease Division (
 NCDD).\n\nThroughout his career\, he has made notable contributions to pub
 lic health\, including advancing the implementation of six months of mater
 nity leave\, Accelerating Mother and Child Health Programme (AMCHP) under 
 the First 1\,000 Golden Days initiative\, Third Child Plus Programme\, and
  Multiple Micronutrient Supplementation (MMS)\, among many other achieveme
 nts.\n\nHis dedication and contributions to strengthening nutrition and pu
 blic health services have made a meaningful impact on the health and well-
