 adars to the promotees and delivered an inspiring address\, encouraging th

 dication. Dasho urged the promotees to continue serving the nation with co
 mmitment\, humility\, and excellence in their respective roles.\n\n\n\nThe
  ceremony was followed by the offering of Butter Lamps\, Tashi Tshepa\, an
 d Zhabten prayers for the good health\, long life\, and continued well-bei
 ng of His Majesty The Druk Gyalpo.\n\n\n\nThe event was attended by Heads 
 of Departments\, Division Chiefs\, and Ministry officials\, who joined in 
 congratulating the promotees and celebrating this important milestone in t
 heir professional journey.\n\n\n\nCongratulations to all the promotees on
