  holds a PhD in Public Health from the School of Public Health\, Universit
 y of Sydney\, Australia. With his extensive experience\, professionalism\,
  and strong commitment to public service\, we are confident that he will p
 rovide visionary leadership in advancing the Fund’s mandate of ensuring 
 sustainable financing for essential healthcare services in Bhutan.\n\nThe
