DESCRIPTION:The Ministry of Health officially launched the two key publicat
 ions: National Strategic Plan for Prevention of Re-establishment of Malari
 a (NSP PoR) 2026–2030 and the Bhutan Malaria Elimination Report. This ma
 rks a significant milestone in Bhutan’s remarkable journey towards malar
 ia elimination and the sustained prevention of its re-establishment.\n\nTh
 e launch was graced by the Health Secretary\, Ministry of Health\, with th
 e WHO Representative to Bhutan\, executives from various departments of th
 e Ministry of Health\, and representatives from partner organizations and 
 stakeholders in attendance.\n\nThe NSP PoR 2026–2030 provides a strategi
 c roadmap to safeguard Bhutan’s malaria-free status through strengthened
  surveillance\, preparedness\, timely response\, cross-border collaboratio
 n and sustained commitment from all sectors.\nThe Bhutan Malaria Eliminati
 on Report captures the country’s remarkable journey towards malaria elim
 ination\, documenting the collective efforts\, achievements and lessons fr
 om Bhutan’s journey towards malaria elimination.\n\nThis milestone is a 
 reflection of the dedication of our health workers\, communities\, partner
 s and stakeholders whose sustained efforts have made this achievement poss
 ible.\n\nTogether\, let's protect and sustain a malaria-free Bhutan!
